This cellphone still worked
As things in ones life happen, this happening (mine of course) was not ones exspected happening. I recieved a phone call on sep 30/ 05 from a female friend needing a favor.Of course i said yes. She needed me to pick her up from work at 11 pm, take her home to get her car and follow her back to town. In her words it is making a weird noise so i did not want to drive it to work i was afraid it might not make it. So she calls me of course! Did i mention her home is about 20 or so miles outside of OKC? So as it goes we get there i check out the car, it has a broken left front brake pad, very able to make it to town. So she goes in to get some clothes and things while i waited outside, and waited, and waited, and waited until couldn't wait any more! I got out of the truck and took a p#$#. Finaly here she is, so off we go back to town. As we got into town she pulls into a wallgrns parking lot and rolls down her window and says some ugly words WHY ARN'T YOU TAKING MY CALL? My first on comment & thought F$#%, because i knew i had used it while on the way there. And so it goes happen happened. Evidently when my friend called to see if we could hear the phone ring a dog that lives 1/4 mile away from where i lost the phone found my phone. And as things would have it he was very hungry!! My friend had called her sister to go outside and try and find the phone but no luck. So the next day i recieve a message that my phone had been located, YIPPIE!! Well not really after they told me were it was found. Evidently this dog had aquired my phone and decided to make a meal out of it. The people who own the dog said they were in the kitchen moments away from bed when they here a phone ring but didn't know where, so they started looking and there it was in there dogs chompers, ringing with my friends name on the screen, Her neibor retrieved the phone.where i recieved it 2 days later. Upon reciveing the phone i could not belive it, he had chewed the leather case off of it then proceded on the rest. The phone is a 8200 SANYO FLIP PHONE WITH ALL THE XTRAS CAMERA VOICIE COMMAND LCD SCREEN ECT. UNBELIVEABLE THE CELL PHONE STILL WORKED, THE CAMERA END AND LCD SCREEN WER CHEWED TO PIECIES AND SCREEN VEIW WAS A COLORFULL BLOB. EVEN THE BATTERY WAS CHEWED UP. BELIVE IT OR NOT THE PHONE SILL WORKS!!!! YOU CAN ONLY LISTEN TO THE CALLER IN SPEAKER PHONE MODE BUT IT STILL WORKS. WHAT A STATMENT FOR GOOD QUALITY ELECTRONICS. I have a couple of pics of the phone on my pcs site i will try to display soon. I still can't belive it works!!! GAEDEBONES
